Audio Opowieści ("Service") and mobile application ("App") usage terms.

Summary (informational, not legally binding)

Audio Opowieści is an audiobook platform with visual layers (character galleries, scene illustrations, world maps). By using our service or app you agree to:

• Provide truthful registration information (email, name, password).
• Use purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not redistribute, copy, or share audiobook files outside the platform.
• Respect copyright on all books and recordings.
• Accept that we may update prices and offerings (existing purchases remain accessible).

Your rights

• Right to delete your account at any time (Article 17 GDPR).
• Right to export your data (Article 20 GDPR).
• Right to access purchased audiobooks across PL/EN/DE platform versions if available.
• Customer support via support@audio-opowiesci.com.

Consumer rights (digital content)

• 14-day withdrawal. As a consumer you may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
• Exception for digital content. Under Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply once we have started delivering digital content with your prior express consent, after informing you that you thereby lose that right. By purchasing an audiobook with immediate access you give that consent and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right from the moment delivery starts.
• Before delivery starts you can still withdraw — write to support@audio-opowiesci.com; we refund through the same payment channel.
• Complaints go to the same address and are handled within 14 days. You may also use out-of-court redress, including the European Commission ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
