A recording studio costs thousands and takes months. With us: zero upfront cost and weeks, not months.
- You send the manuscript — by e-mail, in any format (DOCX, PDF, EPUB, even a scan). Five minutes of your time.
- We reply within 48 h — with questions and a free audio sample of a passage from your text. You hear your book before you sign anything.
- We agree voices and terms — voice casting (narrator + characters), revenue split, a simple contract. Plain language, no fine print.
- Production — multi-voice narration, character and scene illustrations, pronunciation review and human quality control chapter by chapter. Usually weeks, not months — we confirm the date with the sample.
- Launch — your book in the app and store, with a dedicated landing page like this one. You get sales reports and your share of every purchase.

Honest about AI
The audiobook that wouldn't exist otherwise
AI narration isn't a replacement for a flesh-and-blood narrator — it's a chance for books that can't afford a studio. We play with open cards:
- Every title is clearly labelled as AI narration — in the description and metadata. From 2 Aug 2026 the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires it; we do it for you, and we did it before it became mandatory.
- Human in the loop — voice casting, pronunciation editing of names, quality control chapter by chapter. This is production, not "dropping a PDF into a synthesizer".
- Zero voice cloning — we only use licensed synthetic voices (ElevenLabs). We don't clone narrators' voices or anyone else's.
- Your text trains no AI model — it is used solely to record your audiobook.
FAQ
Questions authors ask
What does it cost me?
$0 upfront in the revenue-share model (tracks A–C — typically 25–70% to you, depending on how much of the work is on our side). Prefer to keep ~90% of revenue? You can fund the production instead (typically $500–2,000 — still a fraction of a studio with a human narrator).
Do I lose the rights to my book?
No. The rights to the text stay 100% with you. Any exclusivity — agreed in the contract — covers only the recording we produced and is limited in time (e.g. 12 months). Ebook, print or a human-narrated audiobook with another publisher remain your decision.
Who owns the recording and the illustrations?
The recording and illustrations are produced under our commercial licences (ElevenLabs among others); the split of rights to them is set out in the contract — openly, before production starts. We don't use your text for anything except producing your audiobook.
Doesn't AI narration sound artificial?
Judge for yourself: the first minutes of every book are free. We use multi-voice narration (separate narrator and character voices) with human pronunciation review. And before any decision you get a free sample from your own text — you'll hear exactly how your book will sound.
Is an AI-narrated audiobook legal? Does it have to be labelled?
Yes, fully legal. From 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires AI-generated content to be labelled — we do it for you in the description and metadata of every title.
How long does production take?
Usually weeks, not months — we confirm the exact date together with the free sample, because it depends on the book's length and the scope of the visual layer. A studio with a human narrator, by comparison, is measured in months.
Do I need an ISBN or a publisher?
No. You come with just the manuscript — distribution in our app and store needs neither an ISBN nor a prior edition. If your book is already published (print, ebook), just make sure the audio rights are yours.
How and when do I get paid?
You get sales reports and your percentage of every purchase — the settlement cycle (typically monthly) and payout threshold are written into the contract. No hidden deductions: the percentage is calculated on the revenue from your title.
