How we handle your personal data when you use Audio Opowieści.

Audio Opowieści is committed to protecting your privacy. We process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Account data: email address, name, password (hashed with PBKDF2-SHA512).
- Purchase data: books purchased, payment transaction IDs (we do not store payment card numbers — handled by Stripe).
- Usage data: playback progress, listening time, app crashes (Firebase Crashlytics).
- Language preference: stored in browser localStorage and on your account.
Your rights (GDPR)
- Access — request a copy of all your data via support@audio-opowiesci.com or
GET /api/user/export-data. - Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — delete your account via /delete-account.html. Records are anonymized per Art. 17(3)(b) where retention is legally required.
- Rectification — update your information any time in your profile.
- Portability — export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing communications.

- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases on mobile.
- Google Sign-In — optional OAuth login.
- Microsoft Azure — hosting (data centers in West Europe).
- Firebase Crashlytics — app crash diagnostics.
